From the South
- Take the Southern State Parkway to the Sagtikos Parkway north to the Long Island Expressway east, to Exit 56 (Route 111 north).
- Take Route 111 North to Route 454 (Veterans Memorial Highway).
- Turn right onto Route 454 and immediately right again into the Woodlands Office Park. At the sign, turn left and enter the 800 building. Memorial Sloan-Kettering is on the second floor.
From the West
- Take the Northern State Parkway to the end. It will become Route 347/454 East. Bear right at the fork onto Route 454 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Cross over the first intersection (Route 111).
- Make the first right into the Woodlands Office Park. At the sign, turn left and enter the 800 building. Memorial Sloan-Kettering is on the second floor.
From the East
- Take the Long Island Expressway west to Exit 56 (Route 111 north).
- Take Route 111 North to Route 454 (Veterans Memorial Highway).
- Turn right onto Route 454 and immediately right again into the Woodlands Office Park. At the sign, turn left and enter the 800 building. Memorial Sloan-Kettering is on the second floor.
